Responsibilities
Collaborates with business leaders and subject matter experts to drive execution of the Discover-defined Counterparty Remediation Plan (CRP) and deliverables.
Owns identification and documentation of artifacts related to the execution plan, as well as effective challenge of validity and quality of artifacts prior to acceptance.
Supports the Execution team with Complaints and Issue triage, reporting, and other execution and delivery related tasks.
Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation.
Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs.
Gathers business requirements and translates them for project teams.
Manages all aspects of each project.
Assembles project teams and aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources.
Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
Assists with business requirements analyses.
Manages project scopes, issues, and risks.
Ensures change controls are executed appropriately.
