The Role
With excellent organizational skills, time-planning and attention to detail you directly contribute to a fantastic employee experience, by supporting employees with documentation, data management support and front-line expertise.
What You'll Do
1-2 years of experience with using Payroll and Timekeeping systems
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision and ability to deal with simultaneous tasks, communicate effectively
High attention to detail with Good Excel, Tableau and System Software (Kronos, Deputy, SAP) skills are a plus
Ability to proactively identify errors and escalate issues where required
Strong ability to communicate, drive business, lead change and co-operation
Very good interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good relationships
