We are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting HR operations, including onboarding, payroll processes, and benefits administration. This position requires a strong understanding of Ceridian Dayforce and involves working collaboratively with a small, dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including creating employment offers and setting up employee profiles in Dayforce.
• Administer employee benefits, ensuring accurate updates and timely communication with insurance providers.
• Process changes related to salary adjustments, promotions, job title modifications, and reporting structure updates.
• Collaborate with payroll staff to ensure seamless transitions of HR data for payroll processing.
• Track and maintain records for employees on leave, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Navigate Dayforce to manage vacation entitlements and other HR-related functions efficiently.
• Support recruitment efforts by utilizing Dayforce recruitment modules to send offers and facilitate hiring workflows.
• Handle HRIS entries with precision, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support employees and management.
• Report to the Senior Vice President of Transformation, IT, and HR, providing updates on HR activities.
• Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce with a demonstrated ability to navigate and utilize its features independently.
• Experience in human resources administration, including onboarding and benefits management.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and their integration with HR systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate HRIS data management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees and leadership.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and systems, including offer creation and employee setup.
• Availability to work 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility in scheduling.
