  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy.
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and patience.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring it is welcoming, organized, and professional at all times.

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
