What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a North Slope Training Cooperative card prior to working
  • Physical strength, dexterity, and stamina
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic calculations
  • Willingness to work inside oil rigs and outside in challenging weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfort working at heights up to 175 feet
  • Compliance with company safety and HSE policies
