We are seeking a skilled and reliable Help Desk Technician to join our team and provide outstanding technical support for our business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, manage, and respond to incoming IT tickets using FreshDesk.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, including email synchronization and Microsoft 365 authentication.
  • Assist with Google Workspace management, including user access and permissions.
  • Provide remote desktop support via tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Google Remote Desktop, and LogMeIn.
  • Perform regular documentation updates in our IT Knowledge Base (IT Glue).
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets to meet response time SLAs.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiWIFI 40T devices and Fortinet firewalls.
  • Support networkingrelated tasks, including router setup, DNS management, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Liaise with team members and external stakeholders to coordinate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Support onboarding processes for new users, including account setup and device configuration.
  • Proactively identify and implement system optimizations to enhance IT operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IT Glue or similar documentation tools.
  • Background in supporting small to mediumsized businesses (SMBs).
  • Familiarity with website hosting issues and domain management.
