Qualifications & Requirements:

This entry level position begins with our comprehensive 6-week paid training program in Atlanta, GA. Upon graduation, you will be assigned to our New York (JFK) base. This role requires full flexibility for a variable roster that includes day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Compensation & Benefits:
Delta offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base from $35,000 to $55,000 (based on flight hours), plus per diem. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, and outstanding travel privileges.
