Development Manager (Part Time)

<strong>The Joy Culture Foundation Development Manager <br><br></strong>San Francisco Bay Area | Remote<br><br>The Joy Culture Foundation (TJCF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Chinese-speaking families in the San Francisco Bay Area through youth leadership programs, cultural education, and community events. We believe that <strong>“it takes a village to raise a child,”</strong> and TJCF aims to be that village for families in our community.<br><br>We are seeking a <strong>part-time Development Manager (10-20 hours/week)</strong> to help grow TJCF’s fundraising efforts, strengthen donor relationships, and build partnerships with local businesses and community sponsors.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Support TJCF’s fundraising initiatives and donor engagement strategy</li><li>Manage donor communications and stewardship efforts</li><li>Assist with donor outreach and relationship building</li><li>Help develop and manage business sponsorship partnerships with local companies and community organizations</li><li>Support fundraising campaigns and donor programs (such as the Visionary Donor Circle)</li><li>Assist with grant research and applications</li><li>Help coordinate fundraising events and community engagement activities<br><br><br></li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Passion for community impact and nonprofit work</li><li>Experience in fundraising, partnerships, sponsorships, or nonprofit development preferred</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Highly organized and able to work independently</li><li>Experience working with Asian American or bilingual communities is a plus</li><li>Mandarin language ability is a plus<br><br><br></li></ul>Position Details<br><br><ul><li> Part-time: 10-20 hours per week</li></ul><ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Remote (but has to live in SF Bay Area)<br><br><br></li></ul>Please send a resume and brief introduction to: sandy.yu@thejoyculturefoundation.org<br><br>This is a remote position.
