Be a vital part of our strategic goals!\" - Vivek Venkataramachari, Head of Information Security<br>We\'re looking for you to join our Information Security Team.<br><strong>Tasks<br></strong><ul><li>Your job is the end-to-end management of complex cybersecurity programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with both security and organizational goals </li><li>You\'ll oversee and manage all aspects of the cybersecurity programme, including planning, execution, and monitoring of critical deliverables </li><li>You\'ll take care of developing technical programme roadmaps and project plans that define scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines </li><li>You\'ll be in charge for maintaining a strong understanding of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, ensuring that programs are forward-looking and resilient to emerging risks </li><li>You\'ll be responsible for identifying and coordinating the interdependencies among security initiatives to ensure consistency </li><li>As a communicative interface you\'ll collaborate with various teams, including IT, broadcast, and other business units across territories, to ensure a coordinated approach to cybersecurity </li><li>Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders, internal teams and senior management is part of your daily business<br></li> </ul><strong>Requirements<br></strong><ul><li>You\'ve a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field as well as several years in cybersecurity programme management </li><li>You\'ll bring proven experience in leading large, cross-functional, and complex cybersecurity programmes, including budget handling </li><li>Experience in developing and executing Information Security initiatives, including capturing and redefining requirements into impactful work items, distinguishes you </li><li>Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies, including NIST, ISO27001 and other compliance frameworks sets you apart - you\'ve also certifications like CISSP, CSPM, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent </li><li>You\'re experienced in the implementation of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and practices in an organization </li><li>You\'re proficient with commonly used technology tools (incl.
