<p>This role is available on a permanent work from home basis. We are flexible with hours, and happy for you to work around family and other commitments, as long as the job gets done.</p> <p>The role includes:</p> <p>Managing and triaging the company inbox daily to make sure the team (or you) reply to all emails within designated times.<br /> Handling inbound customer queries and questions via live chat, email, website enquiry forms and facebook.<br /> Ensuring customers see the value in maintaining and renewing their membership.<br /> Assist in potential new customers making their purchasing decisions.</p> <p>We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in a customer service/support role, ideally within an online business environment.</p> <p>Be comfortable having sales based conversations with customers to ensure they see value in maintaining and renewing their membership.</p> <p>Ensure new members have all the information they need to make their purchasing decisions.</p> <p>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</p> <p>Flexible, positive, solutions focused and always positive.</p> <p>Problem solving skills.</p> <p>Salary negotiable for the right people.</p>
