What You Need (Non-Negotiables)
To respect our clients and your time, we screen clearly:
Valid driver’s license
(Restricted licenses & ID cards are not accepted)
Auto insurance & reliable transportation
2+ years of elder caregiving experience (CNA or non-CNA)
Ability to pass background check
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
