Business Intelligence Analyst

The ideal candidate for this role will possess an analytic mind, excellent communication skills and a passion for customer success.<br/><br/> Primary Responsibilities:<br/><ul><li> Functional business grouping of cloud IT environments for prospects and customers</li> <li> Data analysis of cost, usage, performance, and availability in cloud IT environments</li> <li> Business analysis of our customer's cloud cost allocation processes</li> <li> Implementing our cloud analytics platform into our customer's cloud cost and IT environments</li> <li> Prospect and customer project management and support</li> <li> Liaison between customer and engineering</li></ul><br/> Qualifications:<br/><ul><li> MS or BS in IT or Finance, CS with MBA</li> <li> 2-5+ years relevant experience</li> <li> Finance and data analytics</li> <li> Business intelligence and project management</li> <li> Database programming in languages such as MySQL, R, SPSS</li> <li> Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent</li> <li> Working knowledge of IT and cloud infrastructure</li> <li> Working knowledge of financial business processes</li> <li> Superior communication and organizational skills</li> <li> Proven outstanding customer awareness and success</li></ul></div>
