Barista and Social Media Assistant

Madcha - Food Trailer | Scottsdale, AZ

Madcha is a fast-growing matcha brand focused on clean energy, better mornings, and great vibes. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Barista & Social Media Assistant to help run our Madcha food truck, serve customers at farmers markets and our Scottsdale location and make TikTok content.

This role is perfect for someone who loves matcha, enjoys working in lively environments, and is comfortable on camera.

Responsibilities

Barista / Food Truck & Events

• Prepare matcha drinks consistently and efficiently
• Work inside the Madcha food truck at farmers markets and pop-ups
• Run our Scottsdale location
• Set up, clean up, and pack down the food truck before and after shift
• Manage basic inventory and restocking for the truck
• Assist with weekly supply runs and prep for upcoming markets/events
• Safely tow the food truck trailer to and from locations (we will teach you)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in fast-paced environments

Social Media Assistant

• Help film short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Lives)
• Appear on camera making drinks and talking about products
• Assist during TikTok Shop lives and live shopping events
• Capture behind-the-scenes food truck and farmers market content
• Support basic content organization and uploads

What We’re Looking For

• Barista or café experience preferred (not required)
• Comfortable towing and handling a trailer (or willing to learn)
• Comfortable being on camera and engaging with people
• Positive, outgoing energy and strong communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable to different locations
• Interest in wellness, matcha, or social media is a big plus
