Ensure that the machine is always clean. Ensure machine is set at correct speed. Ensure that machine downtimes are recorded. Immediately write a job card and report breakdowns to relevant maintenance personnel. Ensure that all safety devices are in good working condition. Perform shut down of the machine at the end of the shift. Autonomous maintenance of the machine Ensure that quality checks are done.
