About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic, growth-driven team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales or client success teams. You’ll play a key part in driving business growth through meaningful conversations and professional follow-ups that convert interest into opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with potential clients or warm inbound leads.
Introduce company services, qualify leads based on set criteria, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate closely with the sales and client teams to ensure a smooth handover and consistent follow-through.
Make every conversation count — ensuring prospects feel comfortable, heard, and valued.
Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, performance trends, and areas for improvement.

Requirements
What We Expect from You
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in handling objections and overcoming challenges.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or willingness to learn quickly).
Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve measurable results.
Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback in a high-performance environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in marketing, sales, or communications is a plus.
