Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (UK hours)
Location: Remote (South Africa-based applicants only)
Salary: Competitive base + lucrative capped commission

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and personable Account Executive to help grow our client’s customer base and strengthen existing partnerships. You’ll play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored radio communication solutions.

This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility of working from South Africa while collaborating closely with UK-based colleagues and customers.



Requirements

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities.

  • Engage confidently with prospective customers, understanding their communication needs and recommending the right solutions.

  • Use CRM tools to manage sales activity, client records, and pipeline tracking.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and excellent customer service.

  • Support the Business Development Manager with enquiries, proposals, and follow-ups.

  • Work to achieve and exceed targets, benefiting from a generous, capped commission structure that rewards strong performance.


About You

  • Essential: Proven sales or hands-on experience with two-way radios or related communication systems.

  • Confident, persuasive, and skilled at building long-term relationships.

  • Organised, proactive, and motivated to meet goals.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is an advantage.
