Your journey begins at our state-of-the-art Inflight Training Center in Seattle, where you’ll receive paid, hands-on instruction in FAA safety compliance, emergency response, hospitality, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural communication. You’ll also train in real aircraft simulators, learning to adapt to unpredictable conditions with calm and confidence. Upon graduation, you’ll be assigned to a flight base serving destinations across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Central America.
